2 sec pause at bottom; 30 sec hand stand hold after each set
Pause Back Squat (5 x 4 @ 75%)
2 sec pause at bottom; 10 sec pull up hold(with chin over bar) after each set
SLED DRAG (10 there & back)
With straps around shoulders.
On trip back, pull with rope
