1) 4×5 Snatch Hi-Pull@80% of 1RM Snatch. Bottom out each rep, do not rebend the knees after extension. When I saw bottom out each rep what I mean is BOTTOM OUT EACH REP!

2a) Front Squat: 12-10-10-8, HTLW

2b) Strict Chin-Up: 3×10 

3) 4×8 Romanian Deadlift, heavy, bottom out each rep. Again, when I say to “bottom out each rep”…BOTTOM OUT EACH REP
