1: 5×2 Pausing Mid-Hang Snatch, 3 counts@ mid-thigh, drop in between reps. This should be a smooth pull from the floor up to mid-thigh, a 3 count pause, right into a Snatch.

2a: 4×6 RDL, add each set

2b: 4×10-15 Ring Push Ups

3: Reverse Hypers, 4×12, heavy
