You have put in a massive amount of volume over the last 8 weeks. I am truly impressed by the numbers I have seen for 12’s, 10’s and 8’s. By now it is getting difficult to continue to add weight. We have timed our de-load perfectly! This week we will de-load, then re-load for another 3 weeks followed by a final de-load and we will test during the 2nd week of July and that will conclude our first off-season training cycle!! (I know that sentence was a lot to follow)

De-Load Week:


1: 5×3 Dip Snatch

2: Snatch Hi-Pull 4×3@80%

3: 4×12 Reverse Hypers, heavy

4: Scale to 135/95
