As you might (or might not) have noticed, last week was a de-load week. This week we will be a testing week. It’s time to see all the progress that you have made over the last cycle. While the main goal of this cycle has been hypertrophy (muscle growth), it’s difficult to quantify that. Even though strength has not been our primary objective, the large amount of volume in this cycle will have yielded strength gains. I’m excited to see your performance this week. So here we go…

1: Establish a 1 Rep Max Snatch. Handle it.

2: 3 attempts at a Max Effort Unbroken set of Double Unders
