First off, my apologies for any and all confusion with regards to the conflicting prescriptions for Behind Neck Push Press vs. Behind Neck Push Jerk. As I was programming the workouts into Wodify I misread my notes and made a mistake on yesterday’s and last Wednesday’s movements.

If there is ever a contradiction between what Wodify says and what this blog says ALWAYS go off of what this blog has programmed. Again, my apologies for any confusion.
