DAILY WOD

Accumulate 3 minutes of plank, then rest for a few minutes, then
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps for time of
Burpee Box jumps (30/24)
Burpee pull ups

Don’t forget to come to our Grand Opening this Saturday the 25th for a workout followed by some food and drinks!! Bring your family and friends in to tryout some CrossFit!! We will have a taco man as well as a representative from the Nutri Shop! All food and drinks will be provided but feel free to bring in whatever you like!
