1:5×3 Hang Clean (just above the knee), heavy. Try to do all sets as unbroken triples but if your grip is your limiting factor then you can drop in between reps.
2a: Back Squat: 8-8-6-6-6, add weight each set
2b: Weighted Pull Ups, 5×5
3: Front Rack Holds 3x:30@115% of 1RM Front Squat
4: Scale to 70/53
