WOD:

Hang Power Clean 135 lbs
Weighted Walking Lunge 135 lbs

HPC/ weighted walking lunge ladder in 12 mins:

You will begin the workout with one rep of each, then two, then three…etc. See how far up the ladder you can make it in 12 minutes.

We will be closed this Friday and Saturday for the CrossFit Games 🙂

    Such a great WOD, Kathleen!!! Such an incredible group at 5 a.m.!!! Love it....we are done...we are fit...and the WOD is only a gleam in the later classes' eyes!!!!

    It's very hot during the workouts!!! Make sure you stay hydrated throughout the day before coming to workout!
