AMRAP in 10 minutes of:

10 broad jumps

20 double unders

** This Saturday the gym will be closed for SoCal Regionals**

Regionals is the final step athletes have to take in order to make it to the CrossFit games. The regional competition is at the Pomona Fairplex this year and goes on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. CrossFit competitions are very fun to watch! The competitors are awesome athletes and you can experience being a part of the bigger CrossFit community with gym go-ers from all over Southern California. If you have a free weekend I would recommend checking them out!

    That 10 min kettlebell snatch practice went by just like I was standing still (smirk..a little miscommunication glitch). The AMRAP WOD, however, was a WONDERFUL caridio workout!!!

    Great workout today! I liked learning the KB snatch today, and I am proud to be getting better at double-unders! Marc, thanks for shortening my rope...made a HUGE difference when it was the right length!
