Maybe things haven’t turned out like you’d hoped. Maybe you had plans or goals that haven’t come to fruition.

Sometimes we need to pivot – either with our goals or our perspective (and sometimes both!).

How can you pivot and hold on to hope today?

500m Light Row

2 Rounds:

10 slow Air Squats

5 Kip Swings

5 Push Ups

Then:

:30 Pigeon Pose

:30 Front Rack Stretch

:30 Wrist Stretches

Barbell Warm Up (2 Rounds):

5 Stiff-Legged Deadlifts

5 Elbow Rotations

5 Hang Power Cleans

5 Front Squats

Weightlifting

Squat Clean (1 x 1)

Take 15 minutes to work up to a heavy 1-rep.
