1st Training

Snatch (2-2-2-1-1)

In 5 sets work up to heavy single.

2nd Training

Alternate between Snatch Balance and Back Rack Reverse Lunges.

Snatch Balance (6 x 1)

@ 80-85% of today’s max snatch.

From rack: 1 snatch balance with 2 sec pause at bottom, then 2 overhead squats. Should feel heavy.

Set of 8 alternating reverse lunges after each set with same weight as snatch complex.

Back Rack Lunge (6 x 8)
