What Our Gym Offers

CrossFit

Our classes consist of constantly varied, functional movements performed at high intensity. CrossFit is designed for people of all ages, abilities, and fitness backgrounds. Our movements are scalable in all aspects making it the perfect fitness regime for any committed individual regardless of experience. All of our workouts are based on functional movements, the core movements we use nearly every day in life.

Strength and Conditioning

Strength and Conditioning classes are designed for late elementary – high school students who want to move well, build strength and agility, and/or improve their fitness for a specific sport. Classes are taught by a certified coach with years of experience working with youth and young adults in a Strength and Conditioning capacity.

Weightlifting

Led by our seasoned Coach Matt Sakiyama, the focus of our Olympic Lifting class is to improve your technical execution of the Snatch, Clean & Jerk and accessory lifts. This program is for those who wish to fine-tune their technique, build strength, and gain confidence.
