Our Strength and Conditioning program is for ages 8-18 and focuses on general fitness – including moving well (mobility), building strength and agility, and/or improving fitness for a specific sport. We have three classes per week for each age group (8-13 and 14-18) throughout the year to teach youth properly executed functional movements under the guidance of a certified coach. Regardless of whether they participate in organized sports, healthy living requires that our youth push, pull, run, throw, climb, lift and jump – as well as build confidence, power, strength and endurance. These classes are appropriate for the beginner to the elite student-athlete. We also offer speed training once per week for athletes looking to get faster for a specific sport (track & field, football, soccer, baseball, etc.).
